Countries Who Are Eligible for the H-2B Visas in 2017

H-2B petitions are only approved for nationals that the Secretary of Homeland Security has designated. The Department of Homeland Security publishes a list of the Eligible countries in a Federal Register Notice. Here is the latest list, it was released in January 18, 2017:
