Congratulations! You are one of the lucky persons who have been selected through the H1B Registration Lottery this year. This step means that among a few hundred thousand applicants, you were among the few that may now file an H1B Petition. This fact also means that you now have less than 90 days to submit your H1B petition with USCIS.

To be able to file your H1B petition you should make sure to have all the following documents:

Employer Documents:

  •  Petitioner's IRS FEIN Confirmation Document, Profile, Marketing Materials, Utility Bills, and Documents of said party;
  • Petitioner's Financial Documentation: Latest Bank Statements and Federal Income Tax Returns; and
  • Images of the office environment where the Beneficiary will be working in.

Beneficiary Documents:

  • Petitioner's Job Offer along with its Addendum Job Description;
  • Copy of All Beneficiary's passport's pages and I-94;
  • Copy of All Beneficiary's Previous Visas, Approval Notices, and immigration documents;
  • Copy of Beneficiary's Resume or Curriculum Vitae;
  • Copy of Beneficiary's Diploma for attained academic degree and transcripts; and Equivalent Foreign Degree along with Transcripts and Evaluation Report; and
